With early registration underway for FAR-West 2012 in Irvine, it's time to start thinking about hosting a Private Guerrilla Showcase room. Hosting a PGS room is a great way to meet people, present yourself and others, and put yourself in charge. This year, PGS rooms will be held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The PGS room rate of $170 per night includes room charges, room tax and insurance (and you can sleep in your room).
How to reserve a PGS Room? To host a Private Guerilla Showcase you must reserve through online conference registration Merchandise page (not through the hotel). In addition, you need to download and complete the PGS contract found on the conference registration site or on the FAR-West PGS page: http://www.far-west.org/private-showcases.html. After you submit your contract, Mark Kaufman will be the contact person for folks who host PGS rooms.
Early registration ends on July 31, so register soon to get the best conference rate!
