Exhibit Hall Information 2008 FAR-West Regional Conference Deadline to sign up for an Exhibit Hall table is Saturday, September 20, 2008. Exhibit Hall Table Rates: Full Table 3' x 8' - $90 Price includes tablecloth, cover & signage Purchase your Exhibit Hall Table through the Online Registration process. You must be a member of Folk Alliance and are expected to register and attend the entire conference. If you are registering for a group, each attending member will be required to register (See Band Registration Rates). MANDATORY: The hotel requires that all exhibitors download and return a Marriott Exhibitor Order Form. NOTE: Exhibitors wishing to bring in an assistant to work at their booth may purchase a Booth Assistant badge for each person at $30 for the weekend. This badge allows admission to the Exhibit Hall, but NOT to the Workshops, Receptions, Meals, or Main Showcase. If you are chosen as an official showcase artist, you are eligible to receive a discounted table price of $65.00. This is a great way to meet the presenters in a professional and spacious environment. (If you pay in advance and later are selected as a main showcase artist, a refund will be provided to you.) We encourage private showcase sponsors and artists to be present in the Exhibit Hall as well. The deadline to reserve your Exhibit Hall table is Friday, October 10, 2008. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.
