Tote Bag Information

2008 FAR-West Regional Conference

Deadline to submit your tote bag item is Thursday, October 23, 2008.

You must be a member of Folk Alliance to include an item in the Tote Bags. The quantity of the items to submit is currently estimated at 500. (This number is subject to change. You will be contacted closer to the date with an exact number.)

Reserve your Tote Bag spot through the Online Registration process.

The Tote Bags will be stuffed the night before the FAR-West Conference at a "Pre-conference Party". You may register for an item to be included up to and including at the bag stuffing party. If you will not be attending the bag stuffing, you are responsible for arranging to get your materials to the hotel location in time for stuffing. FAR-West is not responsible for failure to receive those items and takes no responsibility for any Tote Bag items. It is highly suggested that those who are including an item in the Tote Bags bring the item with them to the bag stuffing party. Payment MUST be included with all Tote Bag Registration Forms.

FAR-West does not endorse any items included in the Tote Bags. The bags will be distributed to all registrants at the conference.

Tote Bag Sponsor

You can also sign up as a tote bag sponsor which entitles you to have your logo or name printed on the tote bags as well as getting an item to stuff in the tote bags. If you are interested in becoming a Tote Bag Sponsor, please contact Michele Dulson at micheled@ca.rr.com or (949) 646-1964.
